JOB OVERVIEW

We are preparing to launch a brand-new Membership on Kajabi and are looking for an experienced Kajabi Virtual Assistant who can help bring the project across the finish line.

This is an immediate project-based opportunity with the potential to grow into an ongoing part-time role providing customer support, member management, email marketing assistance, and backend operations support.

What You'll Be Helping With:
Kajabi course and membership setup
Setting up offers, products, and membership access
Building and troubleshooting automations
Configuring onboarding emails and email sequences
Testing purchase flows and member experience
Setting up community areas
Managing landing pages and checkout pages
Launch preparation and quality assurance
Identifying and fixing technical issues before launch
Required Experience

Must have:

Previous Kajabi experience
Experience launching online courses or memberships
Knowledge of Kajabi automations and email sequences
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written communication
Ability to work independently
Ability to start immediately

Facebook Groups management
Basic graphic design
Experience with wellness, coaching, skincare, or health brands
