JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing Australian bookkeeping firm looking for an experienced, reliable Bookkeeper to join our remote team. You will work from home as part of a collaborative, supportive team, managing the full bookkeeping function for a diverse client portfolio.

About the role

FULL TIME

-Process end-to-end bookkeeping for multiple clients including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll,
-BAS preparation, and financial reporting support-
-Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers and principals via online platforms and regular team check-ins
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Xero across all client files

What you'll need:-

*Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related discipline — Certificate IV will not be considered
*Demonstrated proficiency in Xero across all modules — Xero certification is highly regarded
*Proven experience working remotely as part of a team — self-motivated, reliable, and able to meet deadlines without close supervision
*Strong communication skills and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
*A dedicated, quiet home office with reliable internet connection

Preferred but not essential:-

*Australian Tax Exposure
*Previous experience in a bookkeeping or accounting firm environment
*Experience managing multiple client files simultaneously
*Familiarity with Xero
