Position Overview
We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for patients and support the daily administrative operations of our client practices. This role is responsible for managing patient communications, scheduling appointments, and ensuring accurate documentation of patient information.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, patient-focused, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound patient calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally and promptly
Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel patient appointments as needed
Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information
Assist patients with appointment-related questions and requests
Monitor voi
Document patient interactions accurately within the practice management system
Maintain and organize patient records in accordance with established procedures
Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and internal tea
Support daily front desk operations and administrative tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a medical front desk, patient coordination, customer service, or healthcare administrative role
Prior healthcare-related experience is required
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to manage a high volume of patient interactions while maintaining professionalism
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a virtual environment
