## About the Role

We are looking for a highly intelligent, systems-minded, and technology-driven Business Systems & Automation Specialist to help build, improve, and scale our internal operating platform.

This is not an administrative role.

This is not a traditional operations role.

This is a role for someone who enjoys solving problems, building systems, creating automations, leveraging AI, improving workflows, and turning ideas into working solutions.

You will work directly with leadership to help transform business requirements into dashboards, automations, processes, integrations, and scalable systems that improve how our company operates.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing business processes, troubleshooting technology, working with AI tools, building automations, testing new features, and collaborating on platform improvements.

## What You'll Do

### Systems Development & Improvement

* Analyze existing workflows and business processes
* Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
* Design and recommend system improvements
* Help scale operational systems as the company grows
* Translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Create and maintain process documentation

### Automation & AI

* Build and maintain automations using Zapier and similar tools
* Create AI-powered workflows and operational efficiencies
* Leverage AI tools to solve business problems
* Reduce manual work through automation and process improvements
* Evaluate and implement new technologies when appropriate

### Platform Management

* Support the development of internal business systems
* Test newly released features
* Identify bugs, defects, and workflow issues
* Create detailed bug reports and feature requests
* Validate fixes before production deployment
* Ensure system enhancements meet business requirements

### Data & Reporting

* Assist in building dashboards and operational reports
* Validate data accuracy
* Improve reporting workflows
* Support leadership with operational insights

### Documentation & Training

* Create SOPs and process documentation
* Maintain system documentation
* Develop user guides and training materials
* Support adoption of new systems and workflows

This role sits at the intersection of operations, systems, automation, AI, and software development.

You do not need to be a senior software engineer, but you must be highly comfortable working with technology and modern development tools.

### Required Experience

* Zapier
* AI-assisted workflow creation
* GitHub
* Vibe Coding using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, Windsurf, Bolt, or similar platforms
* API integrations
* No-code and low-code platforms
* System testing and QA validation
* Writing bug reports and feature requirements
* Troubleshooting technical issues
* Process automation

* SQL fundamentals
* JavaScript fundamentals
* React fundamentals
* Webhooks

* Dashboard creation
