JOB OVERVIEW

I am a U.S.-based real estate broker and entrepreneur building several AI-assisted business projects using AI vibe coding platforms that include at least Lovable, Replit, and AI ChatGPT, CRM tools such as GoHighLevel, sales funnels, and automation. I need a dedicated long-term virtual assistant who can work with me during the work week to help complete, test, launch, and monetize these projects. Perfect for someone with desire to take their AI prompting and vibe coding skills to the next level.

This is not a short-term freelance gig. I want someone who becomes part of my small team and helps move projects from idea to launch to monetization.

Responsibilities:

Help manage multiple Lovable and Replit projects.
Enter and improve AI prompts based on my direction.
Test websites, forms, links, mobile layouts, CRM connections, and user flows.
Document bugs and needed changes clearly.
Maintain project checklists and weekly launch priorities.
Organize content, lead magnets, landing page copy, and follow-up emails.
Help prepare simple reports showing what is done, what is blocked, and what should be done next.

Required skills:

Strong English writing.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
Comfortable learning vibe coding platforms ant include Lovable and Replit.
Good with Google Docs, Google Sheets, screenshots, checklists, and project tracking.
Detail-oriented and dependable.
Able to work Monday–Friday with some overlap during California business hours.

Nice to have:

CRM experience.
GoHighLevel experience.
Website testing experience.
Real estate, business funding, credit, or marketing experience.
No-code app experience.
