VA / Appointment Setter — GoHighLevel + Follow Up Boss (Full-Time, Long-Term, US Hours)
**Salary:** $XXX/month — full-time, Mon–Fri
**Hours:** Must work a FULL US Eastern Time block (8 AM–4 PM or 9 AM–5 PM EST). Night-shift-only applicants will not be considered.

The Role
I run a marketing agency, a 1-on-1 fitness coaching business, and I support a top real estate agent client. You'll work all three every day from one seat. The job in one sentence: **monitor the CRMs all shift, call every new lead fast, and turn conversations into booked appointments.**
This is an appointment-setter role with operations work around it — not data entry.
## What You'll Do
**Real Estate (Follow Up Boss):**
- Monitor FUB all shift — call/text every new lead same day, work every reply toward an appointment
- Qualify buyers with a provided script, set up property searches, schedule and confirm showings (calling US listing agents)
- Re-engage old leads, send personal touches to past clients, keep every contact on the right campaign
- Post and manage social media content (provided), handle DMs
- Send the agent a short end-of-day list: what needs her, what got booked, what's in motion
**Marketing Agency (GHL + Instantly/Smartlead):**
- Monitor cold
- Handle objections from provided scripts; only ever reference our real, documented case studies
- Build prospect lists (Apollo, Google Maps, D7), keep campaigns and inboxes healthy
- Prep website audit research packets (screenshots + notes) so the owner just hits record
**Fitness Coaching (GHL):**
- Call every person who downloads the free guide, same day — qualify with a provided script, sort Hot/Warm/Cold in the pipeline
- Book Hot leads directly on the coach's calendar ON the call
- Protect the show rate: personal day-before texts, call every no-show to rebook
- Work follow-up tasks daily; manage Instagram DMs toward booked consults
Full SOPs, scripts, and pipelines are already built for all three. You execute the system — and tell us when something in it isn't working.
## Requirements
- **GoHighLevel experience required**; **Follow Up Boss experience** (or strong CRM background + master it in week 1)
- Clear, confident **spoken English** — you'll be on the phone with US leads and agents daily
- Excellent **written English** — texting and
- Appointment setting experience is a major plus; cold
- Reliable internet + quiet workspace + backup power/internet
- Detail-obsessed: follow the SOP, log everything in the CRM, flag problems instead of hiding them
## Growth Path
- **Months 1–3:** base salary, master the systems, book consistently
- **Month 4+:** commission on every closed deal from an appointment you set (agency + coaching)
- **Later:** first hire becomes Team Supervisor as we add VAs — training, QA, leadership pay + team overrides
