MB Floor Solutions is a women-owned commercial floor care and cleaning company serving healthcare facilities and commercial properties throughout South Florida. We specialize in floor care, floor waxing, deep cleaning, and facility maintenance services.
We are growing and looking for a motivated sales professional who can help us generate new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with commercial clients.
About the Role:
This is a remote part-time position focused on lead generation, prospecting, outbound sales, and appointment setting. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly organized, and experienced in B2B sales. You will work directly with company leadership and play an important role in our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify new leads for commercial cleaning and floor care services
Conduct outbound outreach through phone calls,
Schedule appointments with decision-makers and facility managers
Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain active communication
Keep CRM records updated and organized
Track pipeline activity and sales performance
Identify new business opportunities and target markets
Required Qualifications:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) – Mandatory
Proven experience in B2B sales and lead generation – Mandatory
Experience with cold calling, appointment setting, and prospecting
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling services to hospitals, healthcare facilities, facility management companies, commercial properties, or other high-value B2B service environments
Experience managing vendor relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and working with key decision-makers
Knowledge of facility management, healthcare services, commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or related industries is a strong plus
Compensation:
Compensation: Hourly pay, plus commission on closed business (to be discussed)
Schedule: Part Time ( Monday to Friday), 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM EST ( 20 hours per week)
