JOB OVERVIEW

We are P.A.C.E. Coaching, an online health and fitness coaching business for high-performing professionals. We are building a full AI operating system for our business and need someone to build and manage it.
This is not a task-execution role. You will be architecting and building the systems that replace manual effort across client delivery, lead generation, content, and business operations. You will work directly with the founders and have full ownership of the systems you build.
What you will build in the first 90 days:
Phase 1 (Days 1 to 30): Client Delivery Systems

Automate client check-in collection and follow-up sequences
Build a client data pipeline pulling from our coaching app into a daily dashboard
Build an AI agent that summarizes client check-ins so the coach reviews a brief instead of raw form responses
Build an at-risk client detection system that flags declining clients before they cancel
Audit and clean up our CRM (Go High Level) and standardize all pipelines and tags

Phase 2 (Days 31 to 60): Lead Engine and DM Automation

Build an AI DM appointment setter that runs on our Instagram accounts, handles new followers, delivers our quiz, and books discovery calls
Build lead scoring and routing automation so every lead is followed up with automatically based on their quiz answers and behavior
Build a pre-call brief agent that gives the coach a one-page summary before every discovery call

Phase 3 (Days 61 to 90): Content and Business Intelligence

Build a content repurposing pipeline that turns one video into captions, quotes, stories, and LinkedIn posts automatically
Build a business dashboard that shows revenue, pipeline, calls booked, and 30-day projections in one view
Begin Phase 1 of a no-code client portal with program access, check-in submission, and progress tracking

Important: All accounts, API keys, and systems you build live in our infrastructure. You build inside our accounts. You never own or hold credentials independently.
We are a fast-moving team. We expect proactive communication, ownership of your builds, and weekly updates on what shipped and what is in progress. If you are looking for a role where tasks are handed to you one at a time, this is not it.

Pay for the role would start at $6-$10/HR depending on demonstrated skill level. Rate reviewed at 30 and 60 days based on deliverable completion.
