We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to support our growing remote workforce.
This role is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, insurance coordination, PTO tracking, incentive management, and employee payroll support.
The ideal candidate thrives in a detail-heavy environment, enjoys working with numbers and records, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

## Key Responsibilities
### Payroll Administration
* Prepare and review weekly payroll records
* Verify hours, PTO, holidays, incentives, and payroll adjustments
* Validate payroll calculations before processing
* Investigate payroll discrepancies
* Coordinate payroll approvals
* Maintain payroll records and documentation
* Ensure payroll deadlines are consistently met
### Benefits Administration
* Manage health insurance enrollment and updates
* Coordinate insurance renewals and changes
* Track eligibility requirements
* Assist tea
* Maintain benefits records and documentation
* Coordinate employee benefit programs and initiatives
### PTO & Leave Management
* Monitor PTO accruals and balances
* Process PTO requests and approvals
* Maintain accurate leave records
* Audit PTO calculations and usage
* Ensure compliance with company policies
### Reporting & Compliance
* Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records
* Generate payroll and benefits reports
* Assist with audits and record verification
* Ensure confidentiality of employee information
* Identify discrepancies and recommend corrections
### Tea
* Respond to payroll-related questions
* Provide timely updates regarding payroll and benefits
* Assist tea
* Communicate professionally and confidentially
