About Element Cleanse
Element Cleanse is a growing wellness and self-care brand focused on lymphatic health, body care, and holistic wellness. We create educational content, self-care tools, and wellness products that help people feel more connected to their bodies through simple, effective daily practices.
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and organized Social Media & Content Assistant who can help manage our social media presence, edit content, identify trends, and support the growth of the brand.
This is primarily a social media role, with occasional administrative support and research-based tasks.
Primary Responsibilities
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok using CapCut
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and viral content
• Send content ideas, hooks, trends, and videos to recreate
• Identify opportunities for growth and engagement
• Assist with content planning and content calendars
• Write captions and assist with posting AND TRIAL REELS
• Organize content folders and digital assets
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
• Help repurpose content across multiple channels
• Monitor content performance and provide feedback on what is working
General Business Support
• Assist with day-to-day business tasks as needed
• Conduct online research and provide recommendations
• Source products, services, vendors, or suppliers when requested
• Reach out to companies, creators, UGC, or contacts on behalf of the brand
• Help organize projects and keep tasks moving forward
• Follow up on ongoing projects and communications
• Complete miscellaneous business-related tasks that help streamline operations
This role requires someone who is resourceful, proactive, and comfortable figuring things out independently. While the primary focus is social media management and content support, we are looking for someone who can also help solve problems, conduct research, and take small tasks off the owner's plate as needed.
Requirements
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
• Experience editing short-form content in CapCut
• Ability to identify trends before they become oversaturated
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently
• Reliable and responsive
• Familiarity with Canva, Google Drive, and ChatGPT
• Ability to take initiative and think creatively
Bonus Skills
• Experience working with wellness, beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands
• UGC creator outreach experience
• Shopify experience

Trial Period & Growth Opportunity
This position will begin as a paid trial period to ensure it is a good fit for both parties. We are looking for someone who can take initiative, think creatively, and become a long-term part of the Element Cleanse team.
The ideal candidate is not just someone who completes tasks, but someone who actively contributes ideas, identifies opportunities, stays ahead of social media trends, and helps support the growth of the brand.
If the trial period is successful, there is potential for an ongoing, long-term role with increased responsibilities and compensation.
