JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a sharp and reliable General Virtual Assistant to support a growing company with research, business operations, task coordination, and general administrative work.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, curious, detail-oriented, and able to help turn information into clear next steps. You should be comfortable researching online, organizing findings, supporting internal tasks, and helping keep daily work moving.

You may help with:

Online research on companies, tools, services, ideas, and business topics
Organizing research into clear summaries, lists, or spreadsheets
Supporting business operations by helping track information, updates, and next steps
Assisting with assigned tasks, follow-ups, and small projects
Updating documents, trackers, and online records
Handling general admin tasks as needed

We are looking for someone who:

Writes clearly and professionally
Pays attention to detail
Can research and summarize information well
Is comfortable using Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, and online tools
Can follow instructions and ask good questions
Is dependable, organized, and willing to learn
