About us
We are a US-based e-commerce company in the tabletop roleplaying games (TTRPG) accessory space. We design and sell our products direct to consumers and through retail partners worldwide. We are a small, fast-moving team. You will work directly with one of the founders & entire team, your work will be visible, and your results will matter.
The role
We are looking for an experienced marketing manager to own our
What you will do
• Write marketing copy for product launches, promotions, and announcements.
• Plan, write, and send
• Identify the graphics each
• Maintain and update
• Update our main website and retail (wholesale) website with new sliders, banners, and announcements as products launch keeping the site fresh.
• Maintain a marketing calendar in ClickUp tied to our product launch schedule.
• Work with the social media team of important announcements and events.
• Make sure communications fall in line with our brand guidelines and tone.
Must-haves
• Proven experience writing marketing copy and
• Experience managing
• Comfortable directing designers: you know what good
• Experience updating website content (sliders, banners, announcement sections).
• Experience creating and maintaining
• Organized and self-managing: you work from a task list, hit deadlines, and flag blockers early.
Nice-to-haves (not required)
• Crowdfunding campaign experience (Kickstarter or similar).
• Shopify experience, including posting and updating products.
• SEO and keyword research skills.
Tools you will use
ClickUp, Sendy, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).

• All work is managed in ClickUp. Every task has a clear deliverable and due date, you will always know exactly what is expected and when. In return we expect you to use this tool to properly communicate your work, needs and questions.

Hours and pay
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week, part-time, with potential to grow.
