ABOUT THIS ROLE
We're a growing Amazon kitchen brand in the US and we're hiring one person to run our operations end-to-end. This isn't a task-based VA role — you'll own outcomes, manage other tea ---------- mbers, and grow with the brand. If you do well, your pay goes up. There's no ceiling.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Amazon listings, inventory, and account health
PPC campaigns — building, optimizing, and scaling
Coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and prep centers
Managing and keeping other VAs accountable
Watching rankings, reviews, and competitors — and flagging issues before they become problems

YOU'RE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

1–2+ years hands-on Amazon FBA experience (you owned results, not just tasks)
Real experience with PPC, TACoS, BSR, and listing optimization
Experience using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Titan Tools
Strong written and spoken English
Experience coordinating or managing other tea ---------- mbers
The ability to work independently and bring solutions, not just status updates
