# Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist | Remote | Base + Performance Pay

## About the Role
We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for a strong phone sales professional to help us connect with homeowners who may be interested in selling.
This role focuses on:
* Seller conversations
* Follow-up
* Offer discussions
* Objection handling
* Moving serious opportunities toward signed agreements
This is a sales role, not a customer support role. You should be comfortable:
* Speaking with U.S. homeowners
* Asking direct questions
* Handling rejection
* Discussing price
* Following up consistently
* Moving sellers toward a clear next step
This position includes outbound calling. It is not a warm-leads-only closer position.
## What You’ll Do
* Call U.S. homeowners from company-provided lead lists
* Start natural conversations and build trust quickly
* Learn the seller’s situation, including:
* Motivation
* Timeline
* Property condition
* Occupancy
* Price expectation
* Confirm ownership or decision-maker status
* Handle common seller objections professionally
* Discuss offer options using company guidelines
* Follow up with warm sellers until there is a clear next step
* Help move qualified sellers toward signed purchase agreements
* Keep CRM updated, including:
* Call notes
* Lead stages
* Follow-up tasks
* Next steps
* Send daily updates on:
* Calls
* Leads
* Appointments
* Offers
* Follow-up items
## Performance Expectations
After training, expected activity includes:
* 100–180 outbound dials per day, depending on lead source and dialer setup
* 8–20 real seller conversations per day
* 2–6 qualified seller opportunities per week
* 1–3 qualified appointments per week
* 1–3 offer conversations per week when lead quality allows
* Clean CRM notes and consistent follow-up

Not just call volume.
## Requirements
* Proven outbound sales experience
* Cold calling experience required
* Prior experience speaking with U.S. homeowners required
* Real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, motivated seller, or investor lead experience strongly preferred
* Comfortable discussing price, handling objections, and asking direct questions
* Strong spoken English with a confident, natural phone presence
* Experience using a dialer and CRM
* Reliable computer or laptop
* Noise-cancelling headset
* Stable high-speed internet connection
* Quiet, professional workspace
* Available during U.S. business hours in Eastern Time
## Compensation
* $6–$10/hour base pay depending on experience
