ABOUT THE ROLE

We provide heartfelt, intuitive guidance through Tarot to clients seeking insight into their relationships. Our customers are often navigating emotionally tender ---------- nts. Some are looking for reassurance, some are in need of clarity, and others just want to feel truly heard without judgment.

We’re looking for someone who can meet them exactly where they are, with compassion, emotional intelligence, and warmth.

You will be responding to customer inquiries via written messages using a friendly, thoughtful tone that helps clients feel safe, seen, and supported. This role is perfect for someone who’s grounded, loves to write, and has a deep well of empathy.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Flawless written American English
- Deep emotional intelligence, you listen between the lines and understand what people really need
- Strong writing skills, you can write clearly, kindly, and compellingly
- Empathy, non-judgment, and patience for people in all types of relationship situations
- Tarot experience is a PLUS, but NOT required, we will provide training
- Prior experience in counseling, coaching, writing, or spiritual work is a PLUS, but NOT required

SCHEDULE, COMPENSATION, BENEFITS
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- During the 3 month training period your schedule will be 7 AM - 3 PM Philippine Time, Monday - Friday. After the training period, your shift will likely be 7 AM - 3 PM Philippine Time Wednesday - Sunday but this can be subject to change depending on the needs of our team
- Remote / Work-from-home
- $800/mo
- 13th month bonus
- HMO
