JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing team.

This is a long-term role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping clients succeed, building strong relationships, and becoming a trusted advisor. You will be the main point of contact for our customers, helping them get the most value from our CRM platform.

About the Role

As our Customer Success Manager, you will onboard new clients, guide them through the platform, answer questions, solve problems, and ensure they have a great experience working with us.

Most client interactions will take place over Google Meet, so you must be confident speaking with business owners and professionals in a friendly, trustworthy, and professional manner.

What You'll Be Doing

• Hosting onboarding and training calls with clients
• Helping customers understand and use our CRM platform
• Building strong relationships and maintaining regular communication
• Answering client questions and resolving issues
• Following up with customers to ensure success and satisfaction
• Explaining platform features and workflows in a simple, easy-to-understand way
• Working closely with our team to improve the customer experience
• Identifying opportunities to help clients get better results

What We're Looking For

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong customer service or customer success experience
• A friendly, charismatic personality with strong rapport-building skills
• Someone who comes across as trustworthy, professional, and confident on video calls
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics
• Technical aptitude and the ability to learn software quickly
• Experience working with CRM systems or SaaS platforms
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Loyal, reliable, and looking for a long-term opportunity

Bonus Points

• Experience with GoHighLevel or other CRM platforms
• Experience in onboarding, account management, or customer success roles
• Experience working with business owners and small businesses
• Knowledge of automations, workflows, and CRM setups
