Project Overview
Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a fast-growing real estate lender specializing in Short-Term Bridge Loans and Long-Term Rental Loans for real estate investors across the country. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Loan Servicing Specialist to support our Relationship Management team by assisting with borrower communication, loan servicing coordination, and day-to-day account support activities.

In this role, you will serve as a key support partner to our Relationship Managers by helping manage borrower outreach, responding to servicing-related inquiries, coordinating follow-ups, maintaining accurate loan records, and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the life of the loan.

As a Loan Servicing Specialist You Will:
You will work closely with the Relationship Management and Loan Servicing teams to support borrower communication and servicing activities across a large portfolio of real estate investment loans. This role includes assisting Relationship Managers with outbound borrower outreach, follow-up communication, payment reminders, document collection, and general servicing support.

You will help maintain accurate loan records, organize borrower documentation, track outstanding items, and coordinate with internal departments such as underwriting, servicing, accounting, and special assets to ensure timely resolution of borrower requests and servicing needs. The role also involves responding to borrower inquiries, providing status updates, escalating issues when necessary, and helping ensure a positive borrower experience throughout the servicing process.

Additionally, you will assist with administrative and operational tasks that support the efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness of the Loan Servicing and Relationship Management teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Candidates should bring at least three years of experience in mortgage servicing, customer service, loan administration, borrower relations, or a related financial services role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, is required, along with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, professional in borrower interactions, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced lending environment. Experience working with loan servicing systems, CRM platforms, or mortgage servicing software is strongly preferred.
