We're looking for a Travel Services Specialist to join our growing team and play a critical role in supporting Corporate Travelers when they need assistance the most.
In this position, you'll help business travelers navigate unexpected changes, urgent travel requests, and itinerary disruptions with professionalism, efficiency, and confidence. If you enjoy problem-solving, managing time-sensitive situations, and delivering exceptional support, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Bring (Required)
- Proficiency in Amadeus is REQUIRED
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written, and reading) are REQUIRED
- Previous experience as a Business/Corporate Travel Support Specialist or similar role is REQUIRED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Sabre or other booking platforms is a strong advantage
- Previous Team Lead, Supervisor, Trainer, or management experience is a plus
- Experience supporting corporate and business travelers
- Strong understanding of complete travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and car rentals
- Familiarity with airline fare rules, ticketing procedures, and corporate travel policies
- Ability to remain organized and effective in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
What You'll Do:
- Provide professional support via phone and
- Manage flight changes, rebookings, cancellations, ticket exchanges, and schedule adjustments using Amadeus
- Assist corporate travelers with urgent itinerary modifications and travel support needs
- Help travelers navigate disruptions such as delays, missed connections, emergencies, and schedule changes
- Review, update, and maintain accurate travel records and itineraries
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, car rental providers, and other travel partners as needed
- Ensure all bookings and itinerary modifications comply with client requirements and travel policies
- Accurately document traveler interactions and updates within internal systems
- Deliver prompt, professional, and customer-focused service while managing urgent requests
- Monitor assigned queues and respond within established service level expectations
Work Schedule:
- Full-Time Remote Position (40 hours)
- 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
- 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM Manila Time
