About the Role
I run a growing membership and online course business in the medical/aesthetics education space. It's an established business with a long track record, loyal customers, and serious room to grow.
I'm looking for ONE full-time, exclusive Virtual Assistant to become the operational backbone of this business. This is not a side gig, not a part-time role, and not one client among many. This is a long-term, full-time career position for someone who wants stability, growth, and real responsibility.

You won't just execute tasks — you'll run things. Over time, you'll take ownership of operations so I can focus on growth. You're essentially a business partner who makes our digital products run.
What You'll Do
Manage our membership site month to month: updating monthly deliverables, uploading new assets, keeping content organized and on schedule.
Coordinate directly with our graphic designer — requesting assets, giving feedback, tracking deadlines, and making sure deliverables are ready on time every month.
Make edits and updates to our Squarespace website (pages, content, layout updates).
Create and edit designs in Canva following our brand guidelines.
Handle general business operations: organizing files, managing schedules and recurring tasks, keeping systems documented and running.
Communicate proactively: send regular updates on what's done, what's in progress, and what needs my attention — so nothing falls through the cracks.
Take ownership. When something breaks or is unclear, you figure it out or flag it early. The goal is that I can step away and trust that the business keeps running.

What I Expect
Exclusivity: This is a FULL-TIME role. No other clients, no side jobs. I'm paying for your full focus and in return offering stability and long-term growth. Please do not apply if you plan to keep other clients.
Reliability: Available during agreed working hours, responsive to messages, consistent day-to-day.
Ownership: You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks. If something is at risk of being late or wrong, you raise it early.
Proactive communication: Regular status updates without being asked. I should always know how things are going.
Trustworthiness: You'll have access to business systems and accounts. Integrity and discretion are non-negotiable.
Attention to detail: Membership deliverables go out to paying customers — accuracy and polish matter.
Skills I'm Looking For
Proven experience with Canva (design and editing within brand guidelines)
Experience making edits in Squarespace (or a similar website builder, with willingness to master Squarespace fast)
Experience managing a membership site, course platform, or recurring content/deliverables schedule
Strong general operations skills: organized, systems-minded, good with checklists and deadlines
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience coordinating with other contractors (designers, editors, etc.) is a big plus
Bonus: familiarity with online courses, digital products, or the medical/aesthetics industry
