Shift & Schedule
- Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-Time)
- Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST (Graveyard Shift: Approx. 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM PHT)
- Punctuality: Must be reliably on time every single day.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Support:
- Provide timely, clear, and professional support to customers via both
- Confidently handle and resolve customer escalations with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Communicate complex transaction details in a detailed, clear, and concise manner.
Administration:
- Generate, verify, and manage customer shipping labels accurately.
- File, track, and follow up on insurance claims with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) for lost or damaged packages in transit.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in an omni-channel customer service role (handling both live phone calls and ticketing systems/emails).
- Industry Edge: Previous experience in the consumer electronics, cell phone buyback, or e-commerce industry is a major plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a clean, neutral accent for confident phone support.
- Software: High proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and modern Help Desk ticketing systems.
- Tech Setup: Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace free from background noise, a reliable high-speed internet connection, and a high-quality noise-canceling headset.
