Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer who can also edit video.
This role is mostly about creating eye-catching motion graphics and animations.
You should be great at making things move, look polished, and feel exciting on screen.

Key Responsibilities

Design and animate motion graphics for short-form social videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn).
Edit short-form and long-form YouTube videos (8–20+ minutes) with clean cuts, good pacing, and strong storytelling.
Handle all post-production: transitions, animations, sound design, color grading, and subtitles.
Turn raw footage into scroll-stopping videos that match our brand style and current trends.
Work with our content team to hit deadlines and follow creative briefs.
Share ideas to make our videos better and more engaging.

Requirements

Strong motion graphics skills are a must — this is the most important part of the job.
Good video editing skills (short-form and long-form).
Expert in After Effects and Premiere Pro. Final Cut Pro is a plus.
Understands how social media videos work — hooks, pacing, and what keeps people watching.
Can work independently, stay consistent, and deliver quality work on time.
