JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who is fast, detail-oriented, organized, and has a professional eye for design.

This role is for someone who has previous experience and is confident working inside Kajabi and understands how to create a smooth customer experience from start to finish. I move quickly and care about details, so I am looking for someone who can take direction well, solve problems, communicate clearly, and follow through with an attention to detail.

You must have experience with:

- Kajabi landing pages, funnels, offers, products, email sequences, automations, forms, tags, and customer experience
- Creating clean, high-converting landing pages and website designs
- Launching digital courses on Kajabi
- Setting up seamless customer funnels, such as connecting forms, scheduling tools, Zoom links, email tagging, and follow-up sequences
- Setting up and using Kajabi’s blog feature
- Testing funnels and automations to make sure everything works correctly before launch
- Keeping things organized and meeting deadlines
