We’re looking for a sales-focused outreach and customer support operator for an early-stage luxury streetwear/ecommerce brand.
This role is not just admin support. The priority is helping generate qualified opportunities, support customers, and turn conversations into revenue.
You would help manage:
* Customer inquiries through
* Influencer and creator outreach
* Artist, athlete, and stylist outreach
* Boutique, store, showroom, and wholesale buyer outreach
* Follow-ups with warm leads and interested accounts
* CRM/contact tracking
* Basic sales funnel support
Main responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries professionally and quickly
* Help answer questions about products, sizing, shipping, returns, availability, and order status
* Escalate serious customer issues when needed
* Build targeted lead lists
* Send 200 targeted reach-outs per month
* Follow up consistently
* Track every contact, reply, customer issue, warm lead, and result
* Help book wholesale conversations
* Help secure influencer, artist, athlete, and stylist placement opportunities
* Send approved lookbooks, line sheets, and brand materials
* Maintain a clear CRM or spreadsheet
* Report weekly on outreach volume, replies, customer inquiries, warm leads, meetings, and closed opportunities
The main goals are:
* Fast, professional customer inquiry responses
* 200 targeted reach-outs per month
* Consistent follow-ups
* 1–2 wholesale accounts per month
* Steady influencer, artist, athlete, and stylist placement opportunities
Compensation would be results-based:
* Base pay for consistent execution
* Commission/bonus for qualified wholesale meetings booked
* Commission/bonus for wholesale accounts opened
* Bonus for confirmed influencer, athlete, artist, or stylist placements
* Additional upside if a placement or wholesale account produces measurable sales
400 base + commission
