JOB OVERVIEW

# Contract Canva Designer (Potential Full-Time Opportunity)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Canva Designer to help us redesign and organize a large library of marketing collateral.

### Project Overview

We have approximately 150 existing pieces of collateral that need to be recreated and modernized inside Canva. These assets include:

* Guides
* Checklists
* Infographics
* eBooks
* Worksheets
* Marketing resources
* Other branded PDF collateral

All source PDFs will be provided. Your role will be to recreate these assets in Canva while maintaining brand consistency and improving overall design quality where appropriate.

### Responsibilities

* Redesign existing PDFs into editable Canva templates
* Ensure layouts are clean, modern, and professional
* Organize folders, templates, and assets within our Canva account
* Maintain consistent branding across all materials
* Create fully editable Canva files for future internal use
* Generate a shareable Canva link for each completed asset
* Create a thumbnail image for each piece that can be used on landing pages and resource libraries
* Assist with general Canva account organization and cleanup

### Deliverables

For each completed collateral piece, you will provide:

* An editable Canva design
* A shareable Canva link
* A downloadable PDF version
* A thumbnail image suitable for website and landing page use

### Compensation

* Fixed contract payment: **$1,000**
* Approximately **150 collateral pieces** to redesign
* Work can be completed during normal daytime hours
* Flexible schedule as long as deadlines are met

### Bonus Skills (Preferred)

The following experience is not required but will be strongly considered:

* GoHighLevel landing page design
* Funnel design and optimization
* Marketing automation experience
* Conversion-focused design

### Growth Opportunity

We are also looking to fill a future **full-time design position**. Designers who perform well on this project may be considered for a permanent role.

Please note:

* The future full-time position would be a **night shift role**
* GoHighLevel experience will be a significant advantage for full-time consideration

### Requirements

* Strong Canva portfolio
* Experience designing marketing collateral and lead magnets
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to follow brand guidelines
* Reliable communication and project management skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
