We're in the 0-to-1 phase of building: small, fast-moving team, high ownership, and a real opportunity to shape how this function is built from the ground up.
This is not a seat-filler role. We're looking for someone who wants to build something.
The role
A rare hybrid combining outbound campaign management with hands-on customer success. Once a customer closes, you own the relationship - and you're also building and optimizing the AI-powered campaigns that bring new customers in.

HubSpot CRM management
You're a fit if you
Have 4+ years running cold
Are highly proficient in written and spoken English - you will represent Telescope directly to customers on calls
Have worked with HubSpot or a comparable CRM
Are comfortable analyzing campaign metrics and making data-driven decisions
Have worked for or with a US or EU-based SaaS startup before
Are available during EST business hours
