# HSA – Production Technical Graphic Designer (Remote – Philippines)

**Position:** Production Technical Graphic Designer
**Location:** Remote – Philippines
**Hours:** 30–40 Hours Per Week
**Starting Pay:** $3.00 USD Per Hour
**Language Requirement:** Fluent English (Written & Verbal)

HSA is seeking a Production Technical Graphic Designer with experience in signage, 3D modeling, challenge coins, and manufacturing file preparation. This position focuses on creating production-ready artwork and models for laser cutting, CNC machining, UV printing, and 3D printing.



## Key Responsibilities

* Create 2D and 3D production files for custom signage, challenge coins, and fabrication projects
* Create STL files, 3D models, and realistic customer mockups
* Prepare files for laser cutting, CNC machining, UV printing, and 3D printing
* Convert raster images into clean vector artwork
* Create technical drawings and production schematics
* Clean and optimize mesh models, vector files, and artwork
* Ensure all files are accurate, organized, layered, and production-ready
* Work closely with production staff to ensure manufacturability

## Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience
* Strong 3D modeling and mesh editing skills
* Experience creating STL files and production-ready artwork
* Strong vector design skills in Adobe Illustrator
* Understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes
* Experience with CAD drawings and technical schematics
* Knowledge of laser cutting, CNC machining, UV printing, and 3D printing workflows
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and follow instructions
* Fluent English communication skills
* Reliable high-speed internet connection

## Software Experience

### Required

* Adobe Illustrator
* Adobe Photoshop
* Blender

### Preferred

* SAi Flexi
* Mastercam or similar CAM software
* CAD software (EasyCAD or similar)
* LightBurn
* Fusion 360
* Bambu Studio, Creality Print, or similar slicer software

## Employment Requirements

* Must sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)
* Must sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
* Must use TimeProof while working
* Must submit daily end-of-shift reports
* Must maintain reliable attendance and communication

## Compensation & Reviews

* Starting pay: **$3.00 USD per hour**
* Weekly pay
* 90-day probationary period
* Performance and salary review after 90 days
* Additional performance and salary reviews every 90 days during the first year
* Compensation increases are based on performance, quality of work, reliability, productivity, and overall contribution to the team
