About us
We help referral-dependent founders of professional services businesses become confident revenue leaders — building predictable, sustainable growth that goes beyond word-of-mouth. We deliver this through a 12-week group course (launched three times a year) and high-touch 1:1 quarterly coaching for established 7- and 8-figure founders.
We're looking for a hands-on Online Business Manager who lives in Kajabi and knows how online course launches really work. This is a doer role, not a delegator role — you'll build the assets, run the operations, and keep the launch on track, not just assign the work to others.
This is part-time and long-term, with hours that ramp up during our launch windows (see below).
The role
You'll own the operational and technical engine of our launches and day-to-day business so the founder can stay focused on coaching, content, and sales conversations. You'll build the large majority of our Kajabi setup yourself; a specialist contractor is available to back you up on the most complex builds, and you'll coordinate our paid-ads specialist and designer for the pieces they own.
What you'll do
Kajabi & tech builds (you build it)
- Build opt-in, thank-you, workshop, and sales pages in Kajabi
- Build checkout flows: multiple SKUs, payment plans, and order bumps
- Build lead-magnet funnels, the challenge registration funnel, and the application + Calendly call-booking flow
- Set up
- Configure replays, reminders, and bonus-delivery automations
Email
- Schedule and send broadcasts and full
- Build and send launch reminders (24h / 1h / live)
- Audit, segment, and tag the
- Coordinate sending warm-up as the list scales so deliverability stays strong
QA & testing (the safety net)
- Run test-mode purchases across every price point and payment plan
- QA opt-in ?
- Run pre-live tech dry-runs before the workshop and the 3-day challenge
Launch project management
- Own the launch tracker and keep every owner (you, designer, ads specialist, backup tech) on their due dates across a ~13-week plan
- Flag risks early and keep the moving pieces connected
Metrics & reporting
- Keep our funnel-math / KPI dashboard current
- Track registration pace and daily sales against targets during launch and report what's working
Between launches, you'll keep our systems, files, and automations tidy and help us document repeatable SOPs for the next round.
Must-have requirements
- Proven hands-on Kajabi experience — you can build pages, funnels, checkouts with payment plans, and automations without hand-holding
- Real experience supporting online course or coaching launches (lead magnets, workshops, challenges, open/close carts)
- Strong
- Excellent written English and clear, proactive communication
- Highly organized and detail-obsessed on QA — you catch the broken link before a customer does
- Reliable and self-directed: you follow through without being chased
- Comfortable coordinating other contractors and holding a timeline
- Able to overlap a few hours with US Central Time for calls and live-launch support
Nice to have
- Familiar with James Wedmore’s Business By Design launch methodology
- Light video editing as needed
- Experience with Meta/paid-ads dashboards (for pulling metrics, not running campaigns)
- Light design ability (Canva) for quick fixes
- Familiarity with Calendly, project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or Notion), and Google Workspace
The details
- Hours: Part-time base of ~[8–12] hours/week between launches, ramping to ~[20–30] hours/week during our three launch windows per year (each runs ~10–13 weeks)
- Setup: 100% remote, long-term
- Compensation: $6 - $8/hr — depending on experience
- Start date: June 17th
