Job Title: Remote Accounting & U.S. Tax Concierge

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Accounting & U.S. Tax Concierge to join our remote team. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients while also supporting the accounting and U.S. tax team with administrative, bookkeeping, and compliance-related tasks. The ideal candidate has experience in accounting and basic knowledge of U.S. taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via email, phone, and virtual meetings
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain team calendars
Assist in onboarding new clients and organizing client documentation
Collect, review, and organize financial documents for bookkeeping and U.S. tax preparation
Follow up with clients for missing tax forms (e.g., W-2, 1099, 1096, 1040 supporting documents)
Support bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, bank reconciliations, and financial report preparation
Assist with preparation support for U.S. individual and business tax returns (e.g., Forms 1040, 1120, 1065)
Maintain accurate digital filing systems and ensure confidentiality of financial data
Monitor tax filing deadlines and assist with compliance tracking
Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure timely completion of client deliverables

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or U.S. tax support
Working knowledge of U.S. tax forms (1040, 1120, 1065, 941, 940 is a plus)
Experience using accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
Familiarity with U.S. tax software (e.g., Drake, ProSeries, Lacerte is a plus)
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Reliable internet connection and home office setup
