As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a talented Funnel Builder to join our team and elevate our digital marketing efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize sales funnels using Funnelish to maximize conversion rates and generate leads.
- Conduct A/B testing on various funnel stages to determine the most effective strategies and implement necessary improvements.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging throughout all funnel stages.
- Analyze funnel performance data to understand customer behavior, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies in funnel building and e-commerce to recommend and implement new strategies.
Skills & Capabilities:
- Demonstrated experience in building and optimizing product sales funnels, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of customer psychology and purchasing behaviors.
- Proficiency in Funnelish and other relevant digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent graphic design skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Slack, Click Up, and Canva. If you have read so far, be sure to mention our secret hire word being "A Tier" to show us you are very fixed on details. Forgetting details in the sales funnel is a hard no-go for us.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly rate starts from $5 until $8 based on performance.
- Bonus of up to 30% of your monthly pay, based on company performance.
