Why This Role Exists
This role is designed to take ownership of our morning delivery workflow so the owner can focus on client work, photography, customer relationships, and business growth.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating order, solving problems, and ensuring every project is delivered accurately and on time. As trust and experience grow, this position has the potential to take on additional responsibilities and become an important part of the business.
Position Overview
This role is responsible for coordinating with editors, performing quality control on completed media, communicating with clients when needed, and ensuring final deliverables are properly organized and delivered.
This is a long-term position with the opportunity to grow as the business grows.
Schedule:
* Tuesday through Saturday
* Approximately 4 hours per day
* Availability required between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM Central Time (USA)
Primary Responsibilities
Editor Coordination
* Communicate with photo, video, and floor plan editors each morning
* Track project status and ensure all deliverables are received on time
* Follow up with editors regarding missing files or revisions
Quality Control
Review completed:
* Real estate photography
* Drone photography
* Property videos
* 3D tours
* Floor plans
Responsibilities include:
* Checking for editing errors
* Verifying image consistency
* Ensuring media meets company quality standards
* Requesting corrections from editors when needed
* Making minor adjustments when appropriate
File Management
* Rename files according to company standards
* Organize project folders
* Verify all deliverables are complete and properly labeled
Client Delivery
* Upload and deliver completed projects through our client portal
* Confirm deliveries are accurate and complete
* Assist with client communication when necessary
