We are looking for a full-time remote Homecare Services Coordinator (HSC) based in the Philippines to join our team long-term. This is a high-responsibility, people-facing role. You will be on the phone every day with clients, families, and caregivers — and your work directly affects the quality of care our clients receive.
Compensation & Benefits
• $5–$7/hour depending on experience
• 45 hours per week
• Paid twice monthly — 1st and 15th of each month
• 13th Month Pay provided in accordance with Philippine law

What You’ll Do
• Manage caregiver schedules in WellSky and ensure all client shifts are covered (training on WellSky provided)
• Handle call-offs, no-shows, and last-minute schedule changes quickly and calmly
• Answer inbound calls via RingCentral from caregivers, clients, and families
• Conduct intake calls with prospective clients — guide them with warmth, professionalism, and accurate information about our services
• Communicate shift assignments and schedule changes to caregivers and clients
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts using independent judgment
• Document all interactions and schedule notes accurately and completely
• Support general administrative tasks using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Assist with caregiver onboarding and follow-up as needed
What We’re Looking For
Required:
• Excellent spoken and written English — you will be speaking with seniors and their families daily; this is a firm requirement, not a preference
• Minimum 2 years of experience in scheduling, healthcare administration, customer service, or a US-facing call center role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with RingCentral or similar VOIP systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail
• Reliable primary internet connection with a backup
• Quiet, professional home workspace
• Available to work overnight and shifting schedules including weekends and US holidays — see schedule details below
A Strong Plus:
• Experience with WellSky, ClearCare, or similar home care scheduling software
• Prior experience supporting a US-based home care, home health, or hospice agency
Schedule Details — Please Read Carefully
This role requires availability 7 days a week including US holidays. You will primarily rotate between Morning and Late shifts, with occasional Mid shifts.
Shift EST (US Time) Philippine Time
Morning 6:00am – 3:30pm 6:00pm – 3:30am
Mid (occasional) 9:00am – 6:30pm 9:00pm – 6:30am
Late / On-Call 2:00pm – 11:30pm 2:00am – 11:30am
You will primarily work Morning and Late shifts. This is overnight work by Philippine time. Do not apply if you are unable to work a shifting overnight schedule.
