JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing Real Estate & Mortgage company serving clients throughout Florida. We help homeowners buy, sell, finance, and refinance residential properties.

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and highly organized Receptionist Virtual Assistant who will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and help ensure every lead and client receives exceptional service.

This is a long-term position with opportunities for advancement into Client Success, Operations, Transaction Coordination, or Executive Assistant roles. Long-term VA relationships are generally preferred and often perform best in remote team environments.
