About the Role
We operate multiple Shopify ecommerce brands and are looking for someone experienced in disputes, chargebacks, and customer protection.
Your primary mission is to protect revenue by reducing dispute losses and handling customer escalations properly.
This is a long-term remote role.
Work Schedule
Part-time during the week (typically 3–5 hours per day)
One full day on the weekend (typically 8–10 hours)
Main Responsibilities
-PayPal disputes
-Shopify chargebacks
-Customer outreach
-Evidence gathering
-Dispute tracking
-Trustpilot management
-Supporting customer service when needed
Requirements
-Experience with disputes
-Shopify experience
-Google Sheets
-Strong written English
-Highly organized
