About the Role
We operate multiple Shopify fashion ecommerce brands and are looking for a reliable Customer Support Specialist.
This role focuses on helping customers, resolving issues, and protecting the customer experience.
You will ensure that customer issues, reviews, and support requests are handled properly every day.
This is a long-term remote role.
Work Schedule

This is NOT a traditional full-time role.
The schedule is:
Part-time during the week (typically 3–5 hours per day)
One full day on the weekend (typically 8–10 hours)

Main Responsibilities
-Customer support
-Order updates and follow-ups
-Handling refund requests
-Trustpilot management
-PayPal disputes and Shopify chargebacks
-Weekly reporting
-Issue tracking
Requirements
-Shopify experience
-Customer support experience
-Strong written English
-Strong attention to detail
-Google Sheets
