ABOUT US
We're an AI-native company building at the intersection of technology, entertainment, and brand-building. We move fast, we build AI systems that are embedded in everything we do, and we're launching several high-profile projects over the next year. You'll work directly with the founder to put his story, and the brands he's building, in front of major media: podcasts, journalists, publications, and YouTube channels.
This is a rare ground-floor role. The founder has decades of untold stories (including time spent learning from one of the most legendary people in the entertainment industry of all time) and a portfolio of tech startups with real traction. Your job is to help the world find out about it.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS
You are the engine room of our media outreach. Every day, you'll be researching journalists and shows, drafting pitches, sending outreach to smaller outlets, following up relentlessly, tracking everything, and turning our podcast/video appearances into short clips. You'll prepare the big pitches for the founder to send himself, and some where you represent him and the brands under the company.

Important: We are an AI-native company. You do NOT need to be an AI expert today, but you must be genuinely excited to learn. We'll train you to use AI tools (like Claude and others) to do the work of a team of people. You need to be technically open, curious, and unafraid of new software.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Daily:
- Monitor journalist-request platforms (Qwoted,
- Rewrite and prepare articles and posts generated by our systems that will go out on social media and web (LinkedIn, X, etc)
- Draft pitch responses and cold pitches in the founder's voice (we'll give you templates and examples)
- Send high-volume outreach to smaller/niche outlets and podcasts directly
- Keep the media tracker meticulously updated (outlet, contact, angle, status, follow-up dates)
Weekly:
- Send 10–15 personalized pitches and 5+ follow-ups (follow-ups are where the wins happen)
- Research and build target lists of journalists, podcasts, and YouTube channels
- Cut 5–10 short clips from any recorded appearance within 48 hours (using AI clip tools, we'll train you)
- Draft or help place guest articles
- Deliver a short Friday report: pitches sent, responses, placements, bookings, next week's targets
Ongoing:
- Maintain and grow a clean media contact database
- Spot timely news angles we can react to quickly
- Help keep our content and outreach organized as we scale to multiple brands
WHO YOU ARE
Required:
- Excellent written English: clear, natural, and adaptable in tone (this is the single most important skill)
- A background in journalism, communications, PR, content, or media (studied or worked in it)
- Strong research skills and obsessive attention to detail
- Highly organized: you live in spreadsheets/trackers and never let a follow-up slip
- Self-driven and reliable working remotely with minimal supervision
- Technically open and eager to learn AI tools and new software daily
- Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive execution work done at a high standard
Nice to have:
- Experience with PR/media outreach or journalist databases
- Familiarity with podcasts, the creator economy, or the music/entertainment world
- Basic experience with video clipping tools (CapCut, Opus Clip, Descript), or willingness to learn fast
- Social media content experience
Not required: You don't need existing media contacts or to be a "real" PR manager. We need a brilliant, organized, fast-learning executor. Someone who'll grow with the team.

WORK SETUP
- Full-time, ~40 hours/week, remote
- Required overlap with CET (Sweden) hours: e.g. 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM PHT / mornings CET
- Salary: monthly (bi-weekly pay if preferred), based on experience
