Summary
About the role
I run a growing portfolio of online media businesses powered by custom AI tooling. I'm looking for a Vibe Coder / Prompt Engineer to take ownership of building, extending, and maintaining the AI-powered tools, landing pages, and prompt systems that run the operation. This is not a traditional software engineering role — you'll work almost entirely through AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor, Codex — I provide access) to ship features, fix bugs, and build new products. I don't care how you type the code; I care that what you ship works when I open it.
What you'll do — three areas:
1. Tools & platform. Build and maintain our internal AI production tools end-to-end — front end, backend, AI API integration, deployment. Ship features, fix bugs, keep things stable as we scale, and build integrations with third-party services (image/video generation, TTS, YouTube Data API, Google Drive). Stack is React, TypeScript, Node, tRPC, Tailwind — you should be comfortable working in that even if the AI writes most of the lines, and understand what the code does and how to fix it when it breaks.
2. Landing pages & analytics. Build clean, fast, conversion-focused landing pages and webstores, and a centralized analytics dashboard — a single pane of glass pulling webstore metrics (revenue, conversion, AOV, funnel drop-off) and YouTube metrics (views, CTR, watch time, revenue per channel) so the team has real-time visibility without checking five platforms.
3. Prompt engineering. Write, test, and refine prompts for image, video, and text generation as a core, ongoing part of the work, and bake prompt systems into the tools.
What I'm looking for:
You take a goal and return a working, deployed, tested product — not "done on my machine" or "sitting in a branch." If you tell me it's tested, it's tested.
You're a proactive self-starter. Nobody will write you a detailed spec. You'll get a Loom or a message describing what's needed and figure out the rest. If something breaks, you investigate before being asked. If you spot a better way, you flag it and build it.
You communicate status honestly — "done and live here," or "80% done, blocked on X, here's my plan." Overstating what's finished is the fastest way to not work with me.
You move fast — features in hours, not days — and hit deadlines, or flag early if you can't.
Nice to have (not required): analytics dashboards / YouTube & Google Analytics APIs; Stripe and e-commerce flows; prompt engineering for image/video models; Drizzle ORM or other TypeScript-first stacks.
Hours & working style: Remote, full-time. We move fast and I need you reachable and actively working during core hours, CET time zone.
I care about responsiveness and shipped results, not clock-watching.
Compensation:
Base Retainer (Months 1-3): $600 USD / month
Base Retainer (Month 4+): $800 USD / month (based on performance)
Maximum Monthly Earnings: Up to $2,000 USD / month (base + bonuses)
Paid monthly via Wise.
All tools, AI subscriptions, and API credits are covered by me; you provide your own computer and internet.
Process: a short trial task so I can see how you actually work, then ongoing engagement for strong performers.
To apply — follow these exactly (applications that don't are deleted unread):
Start your message with the word "AVATAR" so I know you read this.
Send 2–3 links to tools you have personally built AND deployed — live URLs I can open and use right now, not just GitHub repos. For one of them, tell me what you built, how much of it you built yourself, what tools you used, and how long it took.
In two sentences: what's one thing you shipped that you're proud of, and what was the hardest part?
Which AI coding tools do you use day to day?
Optional but it helps you stand out: include a short Loom (under 5 minutes) on why you're a great fit. I weigh applicants who do this more heavily — it shows initiative and lets me see how you communicate.
No generic cover letters. Show me you read this. I reply only to applications that follow the steps above.
