About the Role
FESCO is a consumer goods company that sources and sells branded products across Amazon, Walmart, and Target under licensed brands including CAR&DRIVER, COBY, and PERRY ELLIS. We are looking for a talented and results-driven Graphic Designer who understands the Amazon marketplace inside and out.
This is not a traditional design role. You will be responsible for creating product listings that convert browsers into buyers. That means understanding how to lead with benefits over features, write visual hierarchy that mirrors how shoppers scan Amazon pages, and produce assets that perform against competitors. You will own the full visual output for new product launches and ongoing listing optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Listing Design
• Design main images, secondary images, and infographic sets for Amazon product detail pages across all active categories
• Build A+ Content (EBC) modules that tell a clear brand story and reinforce purchase confidence
• Translate raw product specs and factory data into customer-facing benefit statements that are visually communicated through icons, callouts, and comparison charts
• Optimize listing visuals for both desktop and mobile views, following Amazon's current image requirements and best practices
Marketing & Brand Design
• Create on-brand advertising creatives for Sponsored Brand, Sponsored Display, and DSP campaigns
• Produce lifestyle imagery concepts, flat-lay compositions, and product mockups to supplement factory photos
• Design promotional graphics for seasonal events (Prime Day, Black Friday, Back to School) that are consistent across all channels
• Support brand licensing requirements by ensuring all creative assets comply with licensor style guides (fonts, colors, logo usage)
Feature/Benefit Communication
• Partner with the product development team to deeply understand each product before designing, reviewing technical specs, competitive listings, and customer reviews to identify the most compelling selling points
• Convert feature lists (materials, dimensions, certifications) into benefit-driven visual messaging that answers the question "why does this matter to the customer?"
• Build comparison charts and competitive differentiator graphics that clearly position FESCO products against category competitors
• Ensure compliance callouts (certifications, safety information, warranty terms) are present and legible without disrupting visual flow
Workflow & Collaboration
• Manage multiple simultaneous product launches, prioritizing based on go-live timelines and pipeline status
• Work within shared SharePoint/OneDrive folders, maintaining clean file organization and version control
• Deliver editable layered source files (PSD, AI, or equivalent) for all completed assets
• Incorporate feedback from A/B testing and listing performance data to iterate on creative over time
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of graphic design experience with a portfolio that includes Amazon product listings or e-commerce creative
• Demonstrated ability to translate product features and technical specs into clear, benefit-led visual content
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign at minimum)
• Solid understanding of Amazon image guidelines, A+ Content requirements, and listing anatomy
• Experience designing for both digital retail and paid advertising placements
• Ability to work independently, hit deadlines, and manage a multi-SKU workload without daily oversight
• Excellent attention to detail, especially with spacing, typography, and brand consistency
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with licensed brands and adhering to licensor brand guidelines
• Familiarity with Amazon PPC advertising creative formats including Sponsored Brand video assets
• Background in consumer electronics, home goods, or everyday essentials categories
• Understanding of Amazon's algorithm and how listing quality scores, keywords, and click-through rates relate to design decisions
• Experience with Canva or other scalable design tools for rapid creative iteration
• Basic photo editing and retouching skills to clean up factory or sample photos
What Success Looks Like
In the first 60 days, you will have designed complete image sets for at least 20 active product launches, built familiarity with our brand guidelines and licensed brand requirements, and delivered A+ Content for a priority SKU. Within six months, your work will be measurably impacting conversion rates, and you will be proactively flagging opportunities to improve underperforming listings based on your read of the competitive landscape.
What We Offer
• A fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with real ownership over creative output
• Exposure to multiple licensed brands across a diverse product catalog
• Competitive compensation based on experience
• 13th Month Bonus depending on output
• Flexible remote or hybrid work arrangement
• Direct collaboration with product development, sourcing, and Amazon channel management
