JOB OVERVIEW

Earthwork 3D Modeling Specialist (Remote)

Nationwide Sports Construction is a rapidly growing U.S.-based sitework and sports construction company. We perform earthwork, grading, drainage, and synthetic turf projects throughout the United States.

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Earthwork 3D Modeling Specialist to support our estimating team by creating 3D model take offs for earthwork.

This is a long-term remote position with opportunities for growth as our company continues to expand.

Position Overview

The Earthwork 3D Modeling Specialist will create and maintain 3D site models from engineering plans and survey data. These models will be used for estimating, project planning, machine control systems, and field operations.

The ideal candidate has prior experience with civil construction, grading, earthwork, machine control, or land development projects.

Experience with one or more of the following:

Trimble Business Center (TBC) preferred
AGTEK
Carlson Software
Civil 3D
Topcon
Leica
Siteworks
Bluebeam
AutoCAD

Required Qualifications

Excellent attention to detail
Strong understanding of grading and drainage concepts
Ability to interpret civil engineering drawings
Reliable internet connection
Ability to work independently
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating machine control models
Experience with GPS-guided earthmoving equipment
Experience in site development, excavation, grading, utilities, sports fields, or land development
Quantity takeoff experience
Construction estimating experience

Compensation

Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
