About the RoleWe are looking for a highly active, social media-savvy talent scout based in the Philippines to discover and onboard up-and-coming, amateur, and grassroots performing artists (singers, dancers, comedians, musicians) onto our live platform.This is NOT an automated copy-paste, blind-spamming job. We do not do mass messaging. We are hiring you specifically because you know how to navigate social media trends, locate hidden talent communities, and use your local language and cultural warmth to build genuine trust (pakikisama) with independent Filipino creators.Key Responsibilities & Required SkillsAdvanced Social Media Tracking: You must have deep knowledge of how to use hashtags (e.g., #PinoyMusician, #AcousticCoverPH, #KantaTayo) and search tools across TikTok, Facebook Groups, and Instagram to hunt down active, raw talent.Active Online Presence: You are personally active on social media and understand community dynamics, comment sections, and viral performing trends in the Philippines.Warm, Personalized Outreach: Reach out to performers in natural Tagalog or Taglish. You will watch their video, praise their specific skill, and pitch our platform's perks to guide them to join.Admin Collaboration: Our admin team will also feed you pre-vetted artist links. Your job is to make the high-trust local approach to convert them.Activity Tracking: Transparently log the status of your active daily conversations in a shared Google Sheet tracker.Shift and ScheduleHours: 4 to 5 hours per day (Flexible timing, but must log entries daily).Days Off: 2 days off per week.Compensation Structure (Base + High Incentives)We reward performance and honesty. We do not pay for passive screen-sitting.Minimum Base Pay: 8,000 PHP/month (Paid bi-weekly). This is guaranteed only if you meet the daily quota of 8 high-quality, personalized artist approaches logged in the tracker.High-Performance Incentives: 250 PHP cash bonus for every single artist who successfully registers on the platform. Total earning potential easily matches 12,500 PHP to 15,000+ PHP/month.Trial Period: The first week is a probation trial period paid strictly on verified output to ensure mutual compatibility.??
