JOB OVERVIEW

The outbound infrastructure is live. I need someone to run heavy volume through it and keep everything clean.
This is an operator seat. Not strategy. Not admin. You execute.
WHAT YOU OWN DAILY
Run tens of thousands of cold email sends per week across multiple domains and inboxes. You manage rotation, warmup, and pacing. Deliverability is your responsibility.
Pull and build targeted lists in Apollo, enrich and validate through Clay, keep records current. Stale data costs pipeline.
Own GHL completely. Every contact, tag, pipeline stage, and activity logged accurately. If it is not in GHL, it did not happen.
Administer Google Workspace backend. User permissions, domain configs, email routing. Flag what you cannot fix, fix what you can.
Research priority accounts in LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Log trigger events: funding rounds, hiring spikes, leadership changes.
Write a clean SOP for every process you touch. By end of trial, a new teammate must be able to run your workflows without asking a single question. This is not extra credit.
Send a three-line end-of-day report every afternoon: what was done, pipeline status, active blockers.
WHAT YOU MUST BRING
You have personally run cold email outbound at 2,000+ sends per week. Not managed a team that did it. You did it. This is the hard requirement. Everything else is secondary.
Deep hands-on GHL experience. Real execution with Apollo and Clay, not just familiarity.
Google Workspace admin experience, backend not end-user.
Strong documentation habit. SOPs written as you work, not after someone asks for them.
Clear written English. High self-direction. Reliable setup: fast internet, power backup, quiet workspace. Available MST business hours Monday through Friday.
Bonus: If you can read an MX, SPF, DKIM, or DMARC record and diagnose inbox placement issues on the spot, you jump the line.
PAY AND PATH
$800/month base. Paid on time, every time. pay weekly
40-50 hours per week. 30-day trial. Prove you can run this clean and at volume without being managed and the role becomes permanent with clear upside as the business scales.
HOW TO APPLY

Email
---------- with subject line: Outbound Systems Operator
Your email must follow this exact structure or I will not read it.
First line in all caps:
Volume proof: Exact weekly send number, tools used, how you kept the pipeline healthy at that scale.
The turnaround: One specific example of inheriting a broken outbound setup or CRM and getting it running cleanly without close oversight. Three to four sentences.
Tool stack: Every CRM, data, and admin tool you have actually used. Detail your GHL experience specifically.
Specs: Real upload and download speeds. Confirm MST availability long term, not just for a trial.
Documentation: One to two sentences on how you keep SOPs clean enough for a growing team to follow without asking you questions.
A paid screening task replaces the interview. If your application is strong, you will receive the task within 48 hours. Payment on delivery.
