We are hiring a full-time Early Intervention Administrative Coordinator to support a U.S.-based Early Intervention and Education organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative and operational support to the Early Intervention leadership team
* Assist with case management and service coordination activities
* Coordinate schedules between families, providers, evaluators, and staff
* Track referrals, evaluations, authorizations, and service delivery
* Maintain accurate records, documentation, and case files
* Monitor deadlines and ensure required documentation is completed on time
* Communicate with families, providers, and internal tea
* Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and program tracking documents
* Support compliance, documentation, and quality assurance efforts
* Maintain SOPs, workflows, and internal records
* Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree required
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Case Management, Service Coordination, Healthcare Administration, Education Administration, Social Services, or a related field
* Early Intervention experience strongly preferred
* Experience supporting children, families, healthcare providers, or educational programs is a plus
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
* Strong documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping skills
* Experience working with U.S.-based organizations is preferred
Work Setup:
* Full-time, permanent remote position
* Philippines-based candidates only
* Must be available during U.S. business hours
Compensation:
* 40,000 PHP per month
