We're a US lead-gen agency hiring ONE savage. You run our warm reply inbox, call those warm leads, and dial cold B2B lists. You book qualified calls. We close them.
THE BAR (English and accent are EVERYTHING)
- PERFECT spoken English with a US or NEUTRAL accent. Native-level only. If we hear a heavy regional accent in the first 5 seconds of your video, we stop watching.
- PERFECT written English. Tested in the application below.
- 3+ years calling US prospects (B2B appointment setting, SDR, or cold calling). Bonus if you've worked at a US-based agency.
- You can name the agency, the campaigns, and your best month's number.
- CRM and dialer fluent.
- Quiet workspace, fiber internet, headset. Full-time, US Eastern hours.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Reply to warm inbox leads within 10 minutes and call them to book the meeting.
- Dial cold B2B lists (we provide data and dialer). Open hard. Handle "no." Book.
- Log every outcome cleanly so we can coach you and pay you on time.
THE PAY (built so killers get paid)
- $12/hour base = $2,100/month full-time.
- Plus $100 per qualified call you book that shows. Uncapped.
- Plus $1,000/month bonus when you hit 20+ showed calls in a month.
- Top performers clear $4,000/month. When you crush it: more clients, more hours, bigger comp.
HOW TO APPLY (do all 4. Missing any = auto-reject.)
1. Start your message with "SAVAGE".
2. Record a 60-second video ON CAMERA, face visible (Loom, Drive, or YouTube unlisted) answering: A prospect picks up and says "Not interested, we handle this in-house." What do you say to keep them on the line and book the call? WE'RE JUDGING YOUR ACCENT AND ENGLISH FIRST. Sales instinct second.
3. Type (no AI, no copy-paste) your years of US-prospect phone experience, the agency or company name, and your best month's number of qualified meetings booked.
4. Type your internet speed and the US Eastern hours you can work full-time.
