JOB OVERVIEW

We are Christchurch Roofing and Cladding, a specialist roofing company based in New Zealand. We help homeowners and businesses across Christchurch and Canterbury with re roofing, new roofing, cladding, and light commercial roofing projects.

We are looking for a proactive Website Growth and Lead Generation Coordinator who can improve our website and help generate more quote requests.

This is not a traditional SEO role.

Success in this position is measured by more enquiries, more booked site visits, and more roofing jobs won.

You will work directly with our management team and be responsible for implementing improvements yourself rather than simply producing reports.

Your responsibilities will include:

Improving our WordPress website to increase quote requests

Making website updates and creating new landing pages

Improving mobile usability and customer experience

Creating suburb specific service pages for Christchurch and Canterbury

Managing and updating our Google Business Profile

Uploading project photos and creating before and after galleries

Publishing project case studies and customer focused content

Improving page titles, meta descriptions, and internal linking

Monitoring website performance and recommending improvements

Using Google Analytics and Search Console to identify opportunities

The ideal person will have experience with WordPress and be comfortable making website changes independently. You should understand local SEO, conversion optimisation, and how to turn website visitors into enquiries.

You must have strong written English and be able to communicate clearly with our team. Experience working with construction or trades businesses is an advantage but not essential.

You will report to our Operations Manager and occasionally communicate with other members of the management team through email and online meetings.
