After Hours Rostering Coordinator & Virtual Assistant

MOR. Healthcare is an Australian healthcare recruitment and labour hire agency based in Australia, with over 11 years of operation. We place Registered Nurses, Allied Health into Permanent Roles in Australia and we operate Labour Hire in Victoria specialising in Disability Support Workers with aged care, NDIS and community care providers.
We are a small, values-driven team building a Labour Hire division that is growing fast. We need a reliable, switched-on coordinator to help us provide seamless after-hours support for our clients and candidates.
The Role
This is a flexible, remote role based in the Philippines. You will work across two modes depending on activity levels:
MODE 1 — After Hours Rostering Coordinator (when busy)
• Answer after-hours calls and messages from clients and support workers
• Manage shift cancellations — find replacement workers from our candidate pool
• Update rostering systems (TimeTemp) and notify relevant parties

MODE 2 — Virtual Assistant (when quiet)
• General administrative support — data entry, document formatting, filing
• Social media content creation — drafting posts, scheduling via Buffer
• Candidate sourcing support — posting job ads, screening applications, updating databases

HOURS OF WORK
*Friday (Active — Rostering / Admin) 5:00pm – 10:00pm AEST
*Friday Night (On-call — sleep permitted, phone on) 10:00pm – 6:00am AEST

Hours will grow as our Labour Hire division expands. This role has a clear pathway to full-time hours.
PAY RATES:
* Active hours — $7.50/hr AUD. All active working hours: rostering, admin, social media content creation
* On-call availability (night) — $3.00/hr AUD Night hours 10:00pm – 6:00am AEST. Phone must be on and audible. Sleep is permitted. This rate applies to all overnight hours whether or not a call comes through.
* Activation rate (night call) — $7.50/hr AUD When you are woken or activated during on-call hours and actively work. Minimum 30 minutes charged per activation. This replaces the on-call rate for that period - no double counting.
Payment is made fortnightly via Wise (direct bank transfer to your Philippine bank account). You will invoice MOR. Healthcare at the end of each week.
What We Are Looking For:
• Experience in healthcare, aged care, disability or community services administration – Preferably Australian industry experience
• Rostering, scheduling or coordination experience - even in a domestic or service industry context
• Strong written and spoken English - you will be communicating with Australian healthcare clients and workers
• Calm under pressure - you will sometimes receive calls from stressed workers or clients and need to stay solution-focused
• Reliable internet connection with a mobile data backup (You will need internet, laptop and mobile phone for work use)
• Willingness and availability to work Australian weekend hours — this is essential
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision during quiet periods
• Experience with social media creation and scheduling is an advantage
