You will start by executing our current framework, but your ultimate mandate is to outgrow it—introducing new channels (like Substack), mastering emerging tech (like AEO), and independently driving our entire marketing roadmap without needing to be told what to do.

### Position Details & Career Progression Roadmap
We want to invest heavily in the right person. This position is structured to scale alongside your performance and commitment to the brand.
* **Year 1 Commitment (Part-Time):** * **Hours:** 30 hours per week (6 hours/day), Monday to Friday
* **Shift:** 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Philippine Time (PHST) — aligning perfectly with high-stakes Sydney business hours.
* **Remuneration:** $1,000 AUD per month
* **Year 2 & Beyond (Guaranteed Career Progression):**
* **Guaranteed Pay Increase:** Upon reaching your 1-year tenure milestone, you will receive a **guaranteed 10% pay increase**.
* **Full-Time Upgrade:** At the 1-year mark, this role will **upgrade to a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position**, allowing you to fully step into your role as our dedicated Marketing Driver.

### Key Responsibilities & Future Growth Levers
**1. Content Production & Social Media (Western Channels)**
* Take Dan’s raw video footage from property inspections, market updates, and media appearances, and edit it into sharp, premium content.
* Produce **3–4 long-form videos (1–3 minutes)** per week for YouTube and LinkedIn, and strategically repurpose them into highly engaging **short-form clips (30–60 seconds)**.
* Manage, post, and optimize content across **Meta
**2. Copywriting &
* Take our deep property insights and update the UBA website with regular, SEO-friendly blog posts.
* Repurpose those insights into high-signal, engaging articles on **LinkedIn** to capture corporate professionals.
* Manage and deploy our client and investor newsletters using **MailerLite**—with the immediate strategic goal of helping us launch, build, and monetize a premium presence on **Substack**.
**3. Chinese Social Media Management (WeChat & Redbook)**
* A massive growth lever for UBA is the Chinese-Australian and expat buyer market. You will take the lead on launching, managing, and growing our brand accounts on **WeChat Business** and **Xiaohongshu (Red/Redbook)** from scratch.
**4. Performance Marketing & Future-Proofing (Google & AEO)**
* Create, split-test, and optimize **Google Paid Ads** to continuously funnel high-quality discovery calls to Dan’s calendar.
* **Drive our AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) efforts:** The future of search is changing. You will optimize our written and video content so that UBA is the definitive answer served by AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google Gemini when affluent buyers search for Sydney property advice.

* **Elite Creativity:** You know how to edit videos so people actually watch past the first 3 seconds. You have an eye for sleek typography, clean transitions, and pacing.
* **Technical & Forward-Thinking Stack:** Experienced in premium video editing tools, MailerLite (and ideally Substack), Google Ads Manager, Western/Chinese social media dashboards, and an understanding of modern AI search behavior (AEO/SEO).
* **Reliability:** Strict availability Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM PHST. Must have a rock-solid internet connection and a reliable backup power solution.
