JOB OVERVIEW

Experienced DMCA & Brand Protection Specialist for Shopify and Amazon Store Takedowns

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented DMCA Specialist to help protect our brand from copycat Shopify and Amazon stores and intellectual property infringement.

Your main responsibility will be identifying stores that copy our products, branding, images, or content, and submitting DMCA takedown requests to Shopify, Amazon and other relevant platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Find Shopify and Amazon stores that infringe on our brand or intellectual property.
- Gather evidence of copyright and trademark violations.
- Prepare and submit DMCA takedown notices.
- Follow up on submitted complaints until resolution.
- Maintain records of all reports and outcomes.
- Monitor for new infringements on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:
- Experience with DMCA takedown requests.
- Understanding of copyright, trademarks, and intellectual property protection.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good written English.
- Ability to work independently and provide regular updates.
- Experience with Shopify and Amazon is a plus.

Nice to Have:
- Previous experience working with e-commerce brands.
- Experience reporting violations to Shopify, Amazon, Meta, Google, TikTok, or marketplaces.
- Knowledge of online brand protection tools.
