MARKETING GROWTH LEAD
About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who can own our entire growth engine — from getting discovered online to keeping users engaged and coming back. This is a high-ownership role suited to someone who thinks in funnels, moves fast, and is as comfortable analysing data as they are writing compelling copy.
You will be the primary driver of organic acquisition, app store presence, CRM flows, and community engagement. You will work directly with the founding team and have significant influence over how the brand grows.
Primary Responsibilities
Search & Discoverability (SEO, GEO, ASO)
Own end-to-end SEO strategy — technical audits, on-page optimisation, content strategy, and link building
Drive Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) — structure content and build authority so the product surfaces in AI-generated answers on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and similar platforms
Manage App Store Optimisation (ASO) across iOS App Store and Google Play — keyword research, A/B testing creatives, monitoring ratings and reviews, improving conversion rates on store listings
Track and report on organic search performance using Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or equivalent
CRM &
Own the CRM platform (HubSpot / Klaviyo / Brevo or equivalent) — build and maintain user segments, lifecycle stages, and automation flows
Design and execute
Monitor deliverability, open rates, CTR, and conversion — continuously test and improve
Social Media & Community Engagement
Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across all social platforms — maintain a consistent, on-brand voice
Draft replies and engage authentically with users, partners, and the broader community
Secondary Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and publish organic social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, or relevant platforms
Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal
Produce or brief landing page copy with CRO principles in mind
Coordinate with external freelancers or agencies where needed (designers, content writers, link builders)
Set up and maintain marketing dashboards ( USE SUITABLE TOOLS )
Support influencer and creator outreach when relevant to growth campaigns
Set up all suitable and appropriate KPIs and monitor all marketing Deliverables.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have
3+ years of hands-on growth or digital marketing experience, ideally at a startup or product-led company
Demonstrable SEO results — show us traffic graphs, ranking improvements, or audit examples
Working knowledge of GEO / LLM optimisation — ability to explain why certain sources get cited by AI systems
ASO experience with measurable outcomes (improved CVR, keyword ranking movements)
CRM platform experience — segmentation, automation, lifecycle flows
Strong written English — you will represent the brand in public-facing communications
Analytical mindset — comfortable with data, not just vibes
Nice-to-Have
Experience with tools: ( SUGGEST SUITABLE TOOLS USED )
Basic HTML / CMS knowledge (helpful for landing pages and on-page SEO)
Experience working directly with founders or in a 0-to-1 environment
Background in B2C mobile apps or SaaS products
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
Work with team for the optimsing the app/website .
Month 1: Full audit of current SEO, ASO, and CRM state; quick wins identified and actioned
Month 2: Core CRM flows live (onboarding + re-engagement); first GEO-targeted content pieces published; ASO improvements submitted
Month 3: Measurable improvement in at least 2 of: organic traffic, app store CVR,
