Hiring Remote German speaking Customer Support Agents — $500/month base + performance bonus | Long-term

We are a small digital media company hiring reliable, long-term remote customer support agents.
The role involves managing written communications on behalf of our team, making sure every interaction feels personal, warm and well-handled. You will work with our internal platform — full training is provided before your first day.

What we are looking for

Perfect written English and German — the single most important requirement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A warm, natural tone that makes people feel heard and valued
Background in customer service, sales or any client-facing role is a strong advantage
Reliable computer and stable internet connection
Valid government-issued ID required before onboarding
