Virtual Assistant / E-commerce & SEO Manager (Long-Term Position)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage and grow several online projects.

This is a long-term position for someone who enjoys SEO, WordPress, e-commerce, content management, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities
SEO & Rankings
Monitor website rankings and keyword positions
Perform competitor analysis
Create and manage backlink campaigns
Identify SEO opportunities and issues
Improve on-page SEO for products and pages
Monitor Google Search Console and Analytics
Create SEO reports and recommendations
E-commerce & WordPress
Manage WordPress and WooCommerce websites
Import and optimize products
Create product descriptions
Optimize product pages for SEO
Manage categories, tags, attributes, and filters
Update website content and images
Test website functionality and report issues
Social Media Management
Schedule and publish social media posts
Manage business profiles
Create content ideas
Monitor engagement and performance
Assist with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels
General Virtual Assistant Tasks
Research competitors
Organize online projects
Create reports and documentation
Follow SOPs and workflows
Suggest improvements and automation opportunities
