JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast growing, data driven real estate investment firm specializing in creative financing strategies. We are seeking an experienced Cold Calling Team Lead to spearhead our outbound prospecting department.

In this role, you will lead by example—personally executing outbound calls to qualify motivated sellers—while managing, training, and optimizing a small team of cold callers. You will serve as the engine of our acquisitions pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of prequalified appointments for our Closing team.

Core Responsibilities:

1. High Volume Prospecting: Execute outbound campaigns to skip traced property lists and inbound CRM leads. Qualify property owners using the “4 Pillars of Real Estate Direct Acquisitions”: Condition, Timeline, Motivation, and Price. Schedule and hand off appointments to Acquisitions Closers.

2. Team Leadership: Provide daily oversight, motivation, and guidance to cold callers. Conduct QA audits and call listening sessions. Onboard and train new callers on real estate frameworks and objection handling.

3. Data Management: Maintain CRM and dialing system accuracy. Track and report KPIs (call volume, contact rates, leads, appointments) to leadership.

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience in US real estate cold calling (wholesaling, creative finance, or turnkey investing preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership in training/managing virtual assistants or phone prospectors.
- Strong English communication skills with neutral accent.
- Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Handson experience with GoHighLevel, BatchDialer, and PropStream.
- Reliable internet (wired preferred), power backup, and quiet home office.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Base Salary: $700–$900 USD/month (depending on experience).
- Uncapped performance incentives: bonuses for qualified appointments + commissions on closed deals.
- Growth potential: path to expanded management or closing roles.

Schedule & Environment:

- Fulltime (40 hrs/week), US business hours (Pacific Standard Time).
- 100% Remote / Homebased.
